The MycaNova® collection, a Belgian vegan leather alternative made from mycelium
In 2020 we started a collaboration with bioengineers from the Belgian company Citribel. After two years of experimenting, refining, and rigorously testing materials, this partnership resulted in MycaNova - a durable wegan alternative for leather. MycaNova is a double-up cycled material made from dries and grounded mycelium. Although the MycaNova collection has been part of the label since 2023, it continues to represent our ongoing research into innovative materials and leather alternatives.
